  This is a native grassland ranch with 254 acres of irrigated farm ground, which creates a balanced agricultural operation. The ranch lies exclusively within the Yellowstone River Breaks and is comprised of extensive cottonwood forests along the river bottom, rolling foothills of ponderosa pine and secluded coulees and valleys originating off the Yellowstone, all of which serve as a scenic viewshed for the ragged peaks of the Beartooth, Crazy, and Absaroka mountains.
